Backstory:
Kamiko Ayame spent her childhood idolizing magical girls. Enough so that she took the sewing skills she learned from her mother to make plushies and cosplay costumes! But one day, a dark shadow fell over her life. Someone had stolen a precious heirloom ring, causing her friend's parents to argue and fight. Kamiko decided to dangerously take the lessons of magical girls to life, and began the hunt for the item.
This lead her to the dangerous club "Ravens", where the item had been hidden by the thief. Breaking in and sneaking around, she found she could not get past the magical lock placed on the box.
Nearly despairing in her created costume with her stuffed animal for friendship, she ran into a mysterious warrioress dressed as a magical girl! Kamiko felt she had found a Goddess disguised as a warrioress! She told the woman of her plight, and was told that if her heart was ready, she could become a magical girl. Kamiko jumped at the opportunity - this was her dream! And so the red-headed woman granted her the powers to become Magical Thief Princess Heart! To guide the girl, the woman summoned a spirit and brought her stuffed red fox to life - Vixen was alive! Using the Heart's Sapphire key, Kamiko was able to open the box, retrieve the stolen ring, and remove the curse from her friend's parents!
Kamiko vowed to the "Card Goddess" that she would use her new powers to save the world - only, could the Goddess please grant her a team? After all - what magical girl doesn't have a team in this day and age? She has friends who can fill the positions...

She found the invitation to the village by accident, and "volunteered" (went without her teammates) to investigate. 'After all', she thinks, 'The Arcana Goddess MUST have guided it here because she wants me to investigate! ....Wait... Who's Serenity? Isn't she that girl in the media called Sailormoon? She kinda looks like that student at the Goddess' school named Usagi I think....'

Personality: She romanticizes concepts and people she latches onto - and doesn't let go easily. The friendly, sometimes hyper/spastic/weird (she gets weird when she panics... XD) magical girl who was not born into them, but chosen by the woman she considers a Card Goddess. She thinks magical girls are "superspecialawesomefudge-coatedwithsprinkles". Once snuck onto the Juuban High grounds while wearing a ninja suit under her school uniform to speak to her "card goddess". Thinks one can be anything or anyone with the right cosplay on.

Henshin Item and Description:
Arcanas Summer Heart - A choker, pictured above.

Henshin Phrase: "I am the master of my fate! Arcanas Heart Summer!"

Henshin Description: Her choker glows, and she fades back until you can see her fully - glowing. She has small feather wings and a heart-shaped halo. A tarot spread appears, and the middle card flips over to reveal the "Heart Fool". It shatters into mirror-like pieces while the other cards vanish, and the pieces swarm around her. As she spins, the pieces swirl to form the parts of her outfit. She lands, with the "Heart Arcana" symbol in the background.

Weapon and Description: A deck of cards, called the "Heart Summer Tarot". They aren't so much weapons, as they foretell and scry. This is how she finds out who needs help. This includes her teammates - three 'blank' cards, each with a symbol in opposite corners, act as communications devices. The card "The World" allows her to talk to the 'Goddess'... if Sailor Tempestmoon decides to answer..... XD

Attack Names and Descriptions:
1. Sacred Heart Arcana Shot: She will occasionally give the speech, "Unlock the broken destiny! I will correct your reversed Heart's Card!" before firing. A heart with large thin feathers appears. She draws back the bow's string, and a glowing, filigree-like Heart Arrow appears notched. She fires through the card which appears before the target. If the attack works on a senshi, they are dehenshined, and she escapes. If it works on an enemy, they are purified, and return to normal lives.
Special: Heart's Sapphire Key: With enough information, she can use this master key to unlock anything - but she has to have enough information on the object she seeks/needs to defeat the evil who took the object/ ecetera.

Guardian Name and Description: Vixen - A former stuffed animal of a red fox brought to life by the "Card Goddess" who attracted a spirit to it to help Kamiko as a teacher. Rumor has it the spirit was a former Sailor Senshi who lost her life and was not reincarnated....
As her name implies, Vixen was a stuffed fox, and can still pose as one by remaining still. Being a fox, she has a tendency to suggest the sneakiest or least attention-getting plan, though these plans often fall victim to Kamiko's preference for cosplay, calling out attack names, and (occasional) spastic weirdness when panicked. When not acting as Kamiko's guardian she tends to hunt small rodents and other vermin.

Other Information:
"Arcana Holy Summer" is her "Arcana Trump" name, and refers to the Trump Heart and its association with Summer. It also has associations with Water signs, the Tarot card suit Chalices/Cups, and Love/Joy/Happiness/Friendship. Her henshin is the choker she wears in civilian form.

HOW TO HATE YOUR GRAPHICS PROGRAM IN 2 EASY STEPS:
Step One: Have color eraser, the major tool used, F... up horribly in a glitch they didn't bother fixing so far in my edition.
Step Two: Have it mess up resizing, forcing you to cram everything into a smaller frame...
